Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services of Luani LLC (“Luani,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including luani.io and Lumivoxa (our lead response and inbox product for med spas and aesthetic practices), together with any other Luani offerings we make available now or in the future that reference these Terms.

1. Agreement
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Luani LLC offers websites, software, communications, and related services—including, today, Lumivoxa—as described on our properties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. We may introduce additional products or program-specific terms; if there is a conflict for a particular program, the program-specific terms control for that program.
3. SMS terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our public website contact form (or through another consent method we describe at collection), you agree to receive SMS messages from Luani LLC related to your inquiry, follow-up, support, scheduling, and reminders. Messages may relate to Luani LLC's websites, products, and services, including Lumivoxa. Messages may include links and phone numbers. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase where prohibited by law. For help outside of SMS, contact llc@luani.io.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users, or data;
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content;
- Scrape, harvest, or automate access in a way that burdens or circumvents our controls;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
- Use our services to send unlawful or abusive communications.
5. Intellectual property
Our websites, branding (including Lumivoxa marks where applicable), and content are owned by Luani or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the public portions of our sites and services for personal or internal business purposes. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our consent.
6. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Disclaimers
OUR SERVICES AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUANI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), IF NO FEES APPLIED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luani and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for disputes, subject to applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where prohibited by law.
